Hellsing Manga

Volume Seven

(Ch. 48) Soldier of Fortune (4)

The Wild Geese scramble to figure out who's left of their group, only to realize that several of them are dead no matter what they try to do to save them. Zorin quickly breaks into the manor with a slew of soldiers in tow and proceeds to start spewing some hocus pocus from her break-in point, catching a few stray Geese off guard.

(Ch. 49) Soldier of Fortune (5)

One of the stray Geese sees a vision of a loved one, and is caught off guard. Zorin slices him in half and admits that everything out of the ordinary is an illusion she creates. Elsewhere, Seras finds a couple SS fooling around, drinking the blood of the fallen, and shoots them all. She continues forward, killing more SS that she finds. Debris, grenade and gunfire overwhelms the Geese she left behind, who are now officially out of silver bullets.

(Ch. 50) Soldier of Fortune (6)

The Geese are quickly being shot down as Zorin and her troops advance ever-closer. Pip's Lieutenant is one of the fallen, and just as he's hit himself, Seras finally arrives to counterattack. She and Zorin face off, and Zorin takes the first strike, creating another illusion that drives Seras into reliving the horrendous nightmares of her childhood.

(Ch. 51) Last Mission

Seras continues to see the illusion, unable to resist it. She sees her mother being raped and murdured, as well as herself as a child stabbing the attackers in the eye with a fork. Zorin wakes her from her 'dream' just in time to slice off her left arm. Seras is bewhildered by the attack and is unable to defend herself from a semi-impalement through her back, and a final slash across both of her eyes. Just as all seems lost, Pip staggers in.

(Ch. 52) Get Away (1)

Pip beats the Hell out of Zorin and rushes off with the immobilized Seras on his shoulders while the dyke is unable to stop them. It doesn't take long for her to recover though, and she throws her scythe at Pip, landing him painfully in the back just as he thinks he's gotten away. The remaining Geese rush out to stop her, but Pip's too badly hurt. He finally gets his kiss from Seras, then tells her to drink his blood so they can crush Zorin together. Sadly...Pip dies before Seras can agree.

(Ch. 53) Yaksa

Seras cries over Pip's body, even as Zorin returns to finish them all off. She starts up another illusion, the Geese finally recognizing it, but before Zorin finishes, Seras comes to. She fiercly drinks Pip's blood, miraculously regenerating her left eye, then stands to break the forming mirage. She exclaims that she and Pip will crush the enemy together, and 'they' rush at the group with unrelenting vampire strength and speed, ripping the soldiers appart.

(Ch. 54) The Man I Love

Seras and Pip, together in one body, ferociously attack the first line of Waffen vampires. 'They' rip them in half with just an arm swing, pull limbs from bodies, rend heads from shoulders and spatter blood all over the halls before the remaining Geeses' and Zorin's eyes. Serapip distinguishes between nothing in their blind rage, and soon, no soldiers remain.

(Ch. 55) Ogre Battle (Pt.1)

Serapip finally breaks through the last line of Zorin's defense, then attacks her head-on. They rip Zorin's hand apart with their teeth, then pin her to the ground. As Zorin tries to create another illusion, she sees something wrong in Serapip's mind...she sees Pip there too! Schrodinger pops in mentally to tell Zorin she's failed miserably and has to deal with Seras on her own, since the Major's too busy playing with his new 'toy' to bother helping her. Serapip grabs Zorin by the head and smashes it against a nearby wall, dragging it along until there's nothing left but a bit of skin. The Geese recognize that Seras and Pip together defeated Zorin, and Serapip rushes off, a wing emergining from the shadows of her missing arm, to find Integral.

(Ch. 55) Ogre Battle (Pt. 2)

Schrodinger reports to the Major that Zorin's been slain, and the Major laughs about it. He looks off in the distance and sees something unusual but almost expected; angels in the night. Seems the day is about to be saved for Hellsing as Iscariot finally arrives on the scene, but their intentions may be anything but helping Hellsing. It looks as if Enrico wants victory over Millennium for himself, with the added destruction of Protestant 'heretics.'

(Ch. 56) Angelous (1)

Iscariot flies into London and proceeds to start shooting at everything in sight. Civilians, ghouls, SS soldiers, etc. The Major watches enthusiastically despite the Doc begging him to get into the zeppelin and move away to where it's safe. As the zeppelin is hit though, the Major still remains unfaultered. In fact, he begins enacting the next stage of his plan to win...bringing up his new 'toy' for some fun.

(Ch. 57) Wizardry (1)

The Major is targetted by Vatican guns, but before he can be shot down, several of their helicopters are sliced apart by unknown hands. Walter, the Shinigami, has joined Millennium. The Major's 'wizardry' has converted the old butler into a young vampire. Elsewhere, Integral sees Enrico's treachery, as does Anderson, who doesn't like it one bit. Heinkel doesn't go with it though and the remaining Iscariots all point their guns at Integral. Serapip arrives just in time to protect her. Distracted, Anderson and Serapip notice a huge power is coming. Alucard's back.
