Miscellaneous Characters
Names: Luke and Jan Valentine
Age (in 1997): Unknown, assumed ~25-30.
Weapons: Guns, ghouls.
Status: Test dummies.
Power: Increased speed, understanding of how to command ghouls.
Relationships: Each other (brothers.)
Bio: Despite looking so vastly different from each other, the two Valentines are brothers, persumably hired by Millennium to test the Hellsing Organization's strength by attacking it during a Round Table Conference. Jan went after Integral and was intercepted by Seras and Walter, and Luke went to handle Alucard. Both brothers were readily destroyed, but not before giving a frustrating clue as to what was to come.

Names: Twelve Conventions (or 'Convention of Twelve.')
Age (in 1997): Legendary.
Weapons: Guns, swords.
Status: Association of the 12 Knights of England, the Royal Protestant Knights.
Power: Governs over various branches of English government, including MI5, MI6 and obviously the Hellsing Organization..
Relationships: Business associates (each other.)
Bio: The Twelve Conventions has been known by various other names, such as the Knights of King Arthur's Court and the Knights of the Round Table. Presently, though while not really Knights with swords and horses and plate armor, they now fullfill roles of political influence under the Queen's command, protecting England from enemies both alive and undead..

Names: Sir Irons, Islands
Age (in 1997): ~72
Weapons: None.
Status: Member of the Conference of Knights.
Power: None.
Relationships: Arthur (lackey.)
Bio: Islands had long been associated with Hellsing, perhaps being one of Arthur's friends (if not at least one of his 'victims' of circumstance,) and has since been rather harsh on Integral, as if expecting her to live up to her father's ability to lead. It's possible he resents Integral for being associated with Arthur (seeing as Arthur was fairly cruel [in a funny way] to him in their youth) and puts extra pressure on her as a result.

Names: Sir Penwood
Age (in 1997): ~70
Weapons: None.
Status: Member of the Conference of Knights, chief of MI6, British Navy.
Power: None.
Relationships: None.
Bio: He was given leadership of MI6 through birth-status and social standing, but has little faith in himself as a commander. Like Seras, he eventually finds his feet and fights back, helping Integral get away as memories of her coming of age as Hellsing's leader wash him over. His place is usually a comical scapegoat of pitiful proportions, but his employees and associates have faith in him even if he usually doesn't.

Names: Abraham Van Helsing.
Age (in 1997): Deceased.
Weapons: None.
Status: Founder of the Hellsing Organization.
Power: None.
Relationships: Integral (grandfather,) Arthur (father.)
Bio: Abraham is the legendary figure that conquers Dracula in the Bram Stoker story. While various versions of the ending have been told, including the differences between the novel (where Mina does Dracula in herself,) and the movie, it's common knowlege in the Hellsing community that in the Hellsing-world, Abraham himself decides not to kill Dracula and instead enslaves him as a soldier to fight in his conflict against other forms of the undead. How he accomplishes this when it seemed by even Hellsing's standards that Van Helsing had staked Dracula in the heart and had essentially slain him, we may not know until the end of the story, but suffice it to say, Abraham remains an enigma and is far from the back of anyone's mind..

Names: Lief [Huger] and Jessica
Age (in 1997): 16-19.
Weapons: Semi-automatics.
Status: Bonnie and Clyde figures.
Power: None.
Relationships: Each other (girlfriend and boyfriend.)
Bio: The two of them rampaged throughout rural England, killing families of certain standing until Hellsing's attention was gained. Alucard and Seras were dispatched to take care of them.

Names: Peter Fargasson, Fergasson [TV Series Only]
Age (in 1997): ~45.
Weapons: Guns.
Status: Second in command to Integral.
Power: None.
Relationships: Integral (second in command, friend.)
Bio: Fargasson was Integral's military commander, and he went on missions to oversee how the soldiers were dealing with the situations. He initially helped bring Seras into the Organization by teaching her about what they did. He died at the hands of Incognito's henchmen, though his death helped Seras fully accept that she was a vampire.
Names: Incognito [TV Series Only]
Age (in 1997): Entirely Unknown
Weapons: Guns.
Status: Lackey to unknown Master.
Power: Can summon ancient Gods, absorb the powers of other vampires by eating them outright, commands use of the FREAK Chip.
Relationships: None.
Bio: Incognito came to London with the intention of killing Alucard and linking the city with Hell. During the course of his stay, he manipulated a band of SAS soldiers and converted them into what Seras later called 'Bat Freaks.' By attacking a Royal Caravan that was on its way to Hellsing for a ceremony, Incognito managed to frame Hellsing itself as the perpetrator of the incident and as a result, Integral was later imprisoned on charges of High Treason.

Names: Helena [TV Series Only]
Age (in 1997): Entirely Unknown
Weapons: None .
Status: None.
Power: Combustion.
Relationships: None.
Bio: Helena was approached by Harry Anders and Seras, who inquired to her about who might be behind the FREAK Chips plaguing English citizens. Helena merely told them that the ones they seek are vampires, but not of English descent. Fans assume this means Millennium, but it can't be verified. Helena was later slain by Incognito after he devoured her, and her attempted escape promptd him to cut off her head. She told Seras to believe in herself and her power, and that her friends/Hellsing were falling into a trap, before dying.

Names: Harry Anders [TV Series Only]
Age (in 1997): ~50
Weapons: Unknown.
Status: Agent of MI5.
Power: None.
Relationships: None.
Bio: Harry came to Seras, knowing her father, and asked her to help him with something. He knew she was a vampire, and assumed her presence would keep him from meeting his own end at Helena's hands when he went to ask her things. Harry's investigation later cost him his life, as an unknown culprit set off a bomb in his car.

Names: Laura Wingates. Bubbancy [TV Series Only]
Age (in 1997): Entirely Unknown.
Weapons: Letter Opener.
Status: Baohban Sith.
Power: Mental manipulation.
Relationships: Incognito (co-conspirator.)
Bio: Laura came to Hellsing under the guise as Integral's sister, fooling everyone by manipulating their ability to think and reason against her claims. She later set Walter as a guard against Seras, who figured out shortly that something wasn't right. Laura claims Hellsing destroyed her clan ages past and now seeks revenge against the current Hellsing leader. Alucard disposed of Laura once he realized Incognito was just distracting him from what was going on
