Hellsing Organization
Founded about 100 years ago by the scientist, Dr. Abraham Van Helsing, the Organization has become one of the first and foremost vampire-hunting circuts in Great Britain. Currently headed by Dr. Van Helsing's granddaughter, Integral, it has become a formidable defender against things that claw about in the night, and commands respect as the only woman within the ranks of Britain's Round Table conference.
Names: Integral Farbrook Wingates Hellsing, Integra, Iron Maiden, "Miss Scary Face."
Age (in 1997): 24
Weapons: Browning 9 millimetre Hi-Power semi-automatic pistol, sabre.
Status: Heiress and current Commander of Hellsing.
Power: Control over Alucard.
Relationships: Alucard (servant,) Seras (employer,) Walter (steward/bodyguard,) Enrico (nemesis.)
Bio: Integral was bestowed with control over Hellsing at the tender age of 14, when her father, Arthur Hellsing, died of an illness. Power over Hellsing was not easily won, however, as her scheming Uncle (Richard) tried to kill her in an attempt to sieze control for himself. Integral was warned beforehand that if she should ever find herself in trouble, that something in the basement would protect her. Lo and behold, the No Life King Alucard was there, awakened by Integral's blood. He slaughtered Richard and his men, bowed before Integral as his new Master and has served her faithfully for the past 10 years. Integral has since become a steady leader to the Organization, putting it largely before herself, as at the end of 24 she still proudly boasts her status as a virgin.
Names: Alucard, Dracula, Count, No Life King.
Age (in 1997): 566 (Born: November or December 1431.)
Weapons: ".454 Casull" and the "Jackal." Casull is unofficially also named the "Joshua" due to a mistranslation of V2 many years ago. (Source: Demon Rin)
Status: Servant/Weapon to Integral.

-Level 5-3: Increased strength, regeneration. Ability to morph body into shadows, summon familiars (with some effort.)
-Level 2-1: New form (red version of his bound/leather outfit, longer hair, yellow eyes,) summon familiars at will, shadowstep.

Relationships: Integral (master,) Seras (childe and daughter-figure,) Walter (friend/war companion,) Anderson (rival.)
Bio: Alucard came under Hellsing's control fictionally at the end of Bram Stoker's novel, "Dracula," wherein Abraham Van Helsing captures him instead of killing him. His powers and abilities were somehow placed under enchantments, so that he could only use a certain ammount of his power at any given time. After WWII (under Abraham's son) Athur's control, Alucard was locked beneath the Hellsing estate in the Underground Prison and left there for 20 years. Arthur's daughter Integral found and released him when her life was in danger by her Uncle Richard Hellsing. Alucard now serves Intergral, still, 10 years later.
Bonus!: Alucard's prototype appeared in a short hentai comic Hirano called "The Legend of the Vampire Hunter." In here, Alucard's name (in Japanese anyway) is spelt out differently than in Hellsing, wherein it's A-ru-ka-do instead of the usual A-ka-do.
Names: Walter Cumm [Kuum] Dollneaz, Dornne, "Shinigami" or "Angel of Death."
Weapons: Microphilament wires..
Status: Steward to the Hellsing family..
Power: Unusual speed.
Relationships: Alucard (partner in crime,) Seras (friend,) Integral (employee.)
Bio: Walter has served Hellsing since at least 14 years of age, when he aided Arthur and Alucard on a siege on Millennium's base in Warsaw, Poland. Since then, Walter has grown to be an integral part of the Hellsing way of life, caring for and protecting its current leader, as well as kicking some general ass whenever the time requires it.
Names: Seras Victoria, Ceras, Celas, Serace, "Kitten."
Age (in 1997): ~19
Weapons: Harkonen, Vladimir I and II, and an assortment of random guns.
Status: Childe vampire, protige to Alucard, new employee of Hellsing, ex-cop (assumed KIA by public.)
Power:
-In the beginning: Seras only had beginner vampiric abilities, wherein she could see vast distances even in the dark, increased speed, and the ability to both withstand severe physical trauma, and to "Berserk," wherein she would lose control of her conscious self and remerge as a bloodthirsty killing machine.
-Later: After many trials and tribulations, Seras realizes her full potential and is able to regenerate, move substantially faster, control her "Berserker" self, as well as create fake limbs with the aid of blood, and is able to fly .
Relationships: Alucard (servant,) Integral (emplyee,) Walter (friend/guide.)
Bio: Seras had long wanted to be a cop like her father, but tragedies of his childhood haunted her every step of the way. After finally becoming a policewoman, she gets it all taken away from her as she's assigned to investigate slaughters and disappearances in Cheddar Village. It's here that she dies to the normal world, reborn as a vampire under the Hellsing Organization, and moreso Alucard's, juristiction. She now serves Hellsing as a grunt of sorts, all the while trying to come to terms with being a vampire.
Bonus!: Seras' prototype appeared with Alucard in "Legend of the Vampire Hunter," but her hair was black, making her almost unrecognizable as Seras.
Names: Pip Bernadotte, Vernedeadd, Bernedette.
Age (in 1997): Unknown, presumed late 20s, early 30s.
Weapons: Assortment of everything that shoots, explodes and stabs.
Status: Leader and Commander of the Wild Geese, and Captain in Hellsing.
Power: He can "fire ze missiles." Not really.
Relationships: Alucard (bemused coworker,) Seras (love interest/commander,) Integral (employee.)
Bio: Pip and the Geese come to Hellsing after Walter hires them on, following the subsequent lack of personelle after the Valentine Brothers' attack. They are quickly indoctrinated into Hellsing's ranks, and not long after, Pip is sent with Alucard and Seras to Rio de Janerio to investigate the "Nazis" that may be based out of there that are behind Hellsing's recent troubles. He later helps defend the Hellsing manor with Seras when Millennium finally makes their first attacks against London. All in all though, Pip's an amusing character who likes to torment Seras.
Bonus!: Pip first appeared in another comic of Hirano's by the title, "Coyote." Pip's last name, Bernadotte, was also confirmed when Hirano stated Pip was a French-man of Swedish descent. The current royal family of Sweden is the "Bernadotte" family, and funny enough, the current Princess is Victoria Bernadotte. Furthermore, Hirano stated that Pip was always destined to die*, and that it was amusing how he made it as far as he did. The commonly known "Vernaddead" translation is just a corruption of the Katakana so that "Dead" would appear in it, as a teaser for the fact that...well, Pip dies. As such, both "Bernadotte" and "Vernedeadd" are technically correct.
*From the V7 Tanko: "He got his kiss and then he died. I knew he was going to die all along and he was supposed to die much sooner, so give him a hand." ~Kouta Hirano [Bonus info provided and translated by Demon Rin.]

Names: Arthur Hellsing, at one point during the TV series, his name was misconstrued as Lionel.
Age (in 1997): Deceased.
Weapons: Unknown.
Status: Previous Commander of Hellsing, Integral's father.
Power: Control over Alucard.
Relationships: Alucard (master,) Walter (employer,) Integral (father.)
Bio: Arthur is the second generation of Hellsing's leaders, preceeded only by the legendary Abraham van Hel[l]sing himself. Arthur commands Alucard and Walter through the second World War, uprooting Millennium in its infancy and sending them scampering for Brazil, where they would plot for the next 65 years. Arthur is a strange fellow, wherein he takes great amusement in tormenting a younger Sir Islands, and endulging in prostitutes. He takes a great change however when he settles down and Integral is born, focusing much of his interest in teaching her how to be the best she can be when she is given control over Hellsing herself.

Names: Richard Hellsing.
Age (in 1997): Deceased.
Weapons: Pistol.
Status: None.
Power: None.
Relationships: Arthur (brother,) Integral (uncle.)
Bio: Richard desires nothing but to run Hellsing himself, without the interference of his brother Arthur, or his niece Integral. He apparently had hoped to run Arthur out of the position after WW2, but was superceded by the fact that Arthur wouldn't give up. He was finally given the chance to take Hellsing for himself when his brother fell ill. With Arthur dead, Alucard locked away in the Underground Prison, Walter away on business and only a 14 year old girl in the way, he tried to make his move. Sadly for him, Integral knew of his intentions and found her way to Alucard, where the No Life King was returned to commission and dispatched Richard and his lackies before they were ever able to do her much mortal harm.
