Hellsing TV Series

Order 4: Innocent as a Human

Reports of snuff films become widely spread in London, and Walter manages to find one. Presenting it to Integral, the image of a man being shot is shown. Integral notes that the clothing the victim wore was that of the late Captain, and decides it would be best for Hellsing to interfere. Alucard makes his own comments on it as he passes through, also noting to Walter that he needs a new gun. In leaving, Alucard explains that things such as the film were beyond his world, to which Integral reminds him that her world is his world as well. Alucard smirks and tips his hat to the woman, then leaves.

The reporter from Order 2 returns for a second appearance. Apparently the night of the attack has haunted her ever since, and she's out to expose the truth about what happened, including everything about Hellsing. She finds a partner in the last-thought of places. Seras becoms suspicious of her new Captain when she finds that a recording device was planted at the snuff-scene, meaning someone knew before-hand what was going on. She decides to tag her new Captain in an attempt to see if it's he who knew.

A new snuff film is in the process of being made, and Alucard arrives just in time to stop it...or at least the recording of it. Seras shadows her Captain and finds him with the reporter, and when Alucard shoots the snuff-film producer, the glass behind him is shattered, revealing both the reporter and the Captain as willing witnesses to the event. Seras desires madly to kill the Captain for betraying Hellsing, but Integral shows up in the nick of time and puts an end to it the human way. The Captain is arrested.

Integral briefly confronts the reporter about what has happened. The reporter claims she honestly wanted to expose the truth about Hellsing, and that there was no harm in watching the death of something. The logic is baffling, but Integral finds a suitable punishment for such incompetant thought. She turns to leave with the ex-Captain and leaves Alucard to exact his alluring, and rather deadly vampiric form of 'justice.'

Seras watches as Alucard takes the reporter's life, draining her body dry of blood. The sight of it sends Seras into a moment of blood-lust, even biting her own arm as if it were she drinking the woman's blood instead of Alucard. When she goes back to the Hellsing manor, Seras instantly flocks to her bedroom, expecting the bucket with the blood-bag to be there. She tears it open quickly and pours all the contents into the bowl placed before her. Despite her earlier unwillingness, she begins to understand she is no longer human and needs the blood.
